We tend to believe blindly what the wallet we have installed tells us, but a simple momentary disconnection from our terminal, for whatever reason, can lead us to erroneous conclusions.
The security in any transaction is in a code called HASH, this code allows us to confirm that a transaction has been made.
Let's imagine that we are sent a cryptocurrency to our wallet and we don't see anything. The way to make sure that the sending has been done is by requesting the hash of the transaction and then checking that the hash is in the blockchain. If the hash exists and the wallet still does not show any value of the transaction we should consult with the company that manages the wallet for advice.
